At guitos™, we provide Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States! Our apparel and lifestyle products feature proprietary gecko-inspired and other fun, bright artwork. Every item is produced on-demand, just for you—a model that ensures high quality while reducing environmental waste.

1. Delivery Area

We ship exclusively to the United States at this time.

2. Processing + Handling (Production Time)

Because our items are made-to-order, every purchase goes through a production phase before it is shipped.

Standard Item Production + Handling Time: 2 to 5 business days.

Customized Item Production + Handling Time: 4 to 7 business days.

Order Cutoff Time: 12:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin production the following business day.

Business Days: Monday – Friday (excluding US holidays and certain international holidays also).

3. Shipping Speeds (Transit Time)

Once your order is handcrafted and leaves the facility, transit time depends on the specific item and manufacturing location:

Standard Apparel, Home + Living Goods: Typically 2 to 15 business days for delivery.

Specialty Apparel + Select Products (e.g. GRP95™ hoodies, shoes + sneakers) : Typically 10 to 15 business days for delivery.

4. Total Estimated Delivery

To provide full transparency, your total wait time is Handling (#2) + Transit (#3) above.
